Cllr Samantha Gethen has brought together members of St Alphege and the wider community to form a St Alphege Parks Litter Picking Group.
Cllr Gethen is promoting Community involvement to keep the St Alphege Parks clean. Community clean-ups not only help in maintaining the environment but also foster a sense of community pride and camaraderie.
For anyone interested in participating:
St Alphege Park Litter Picking Group
Saturday - 28th October, 9.30am
Meet at Bruton Park car park
Then afterwards - Cake and tea/coffee at the cottage opposite Bruton Park car park
If you have not joined a group before and would like to come along your more than welcome, all we ask is that you register with Love Solihull first and we can get equipment arranged for you. (please see link below)
